These terms and conditions are valid for bookings on their own through the website trullidea.it and trullidea.com
For booking requests relating to special bookings, groups, etc., you must contact Trullidea directly using the phone number +39 080 432 38 60

All prices included are price list prices for the end user including VAT. Prices and discounts can be changed at any time, without notice, except for reservations already confirmed and accepted. It is the responsibility of our Albergo Diffuso to replace the apartment or to refund the user in case of unavailability of the premises.

The times of entry and exit from the trulli are as follows:

• check-in: from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm.
• check-out: from 8.30 am to 10.30 am.

These times may be changed subject to prior agreement with the reception manager.

According to the uses and customs, in case of cancellation of the booking by the customer, the management of the Albergo Diffuso has the right to request, as compensation, the cancellation penalties on the total price resulting from the reservation, in the measures determined below :

• If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• Cancellations made up to 3 days before the date of arrival, 30 percent of the nights booked.
• If canceled or modified later or in case of not showing up at all, the total price of the reservation will be charged

To confirm the reservation we require a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay, by bank transfer or credit card. All bookings that do not follow the payment of the deposit within the established terms are not accepted, and Trullidea – Albergo Diffuso does not consider itself bound to the booking.

Italian law is applicable.

The territorial jurisdiction for any controversy should arise is identified in the competent judicial authority for the value established in the district of the Court of Bari (BA).
